What factors affect the stability or shelf life of uv ink?UV ink is a green ink. Compared with

solvent based ink, uv ink is indeed more environmentally friendly. uv ink can be 100% solid,

which means that all components in the ink will become the final ink film. An important

factor affecting ink stability is the storage of ink. uv ink is usually stored in a plastic ink

cartridge rather than a metal ink cartridge, because the plastic container has a certain oxygen

permeability, which can ensure that there is a certain air gap between the ink surface and the

container cover. This air gap, especially the oxygen in the air, helps to minimize the advance

crosslinking of ink. There is a uv lamp drying system. Nitrogen is filled between the u lamp

and the printed material to completely isolate oxygen. In this way, the same drying effect

can be achieved by turning on half of the uv power. As the energy is halved, the temperature

also decreases, which is very suitable for long-term printing of temperature sensitive materials.
