the ink roller. uv ink selectively absorbs uv light, and its drying is affected by the total energy of
 
the radiated light from the uv light source and the distribution of light energy at different
 
wavelengths. After being irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the ink can be dried instantly,
 
which improves the printing speed.
 

   Choosing a good uv ink can ensure that the uv printer will not malfunction due to the ink during
 
the use of the uv printer. Choose ink with good fluency, which will not easily clog the nozzle of
 
the flatbed printer. After half a month, the ink is still smooth when printing. Ink with poor fluency
 
is easy to clog the nozzle, sometimes the clogging is very thorough, even if it is not cleaned
 
well, the nozzle will be scrapped.
 

   The main reason for choosing uv ink is that it can be cured instantly, and the production
 
efficiency is high; it does not contain volatile solvents; there will be no solvent erosion to
 
damage the printed matter; it will not pollute the human body and the environment; the ink
 
will not clog the net, so a very fine net can be used The best quality lines are printed; the ink
 
concentration is stable, and there will be no unevenness caused by a certain concentration
 
being too thick or too light; the ink will not dry out, and there is no foul smell of solvents;
