Why are there bubbles when using uv ink?The poor pretreatment of the substrate did not

clean the substrate before printing, which made its surface full of dirt or oil stains, resulting

in foam; uv ink contains bubbles. If the ink is improperly mixed, a little bubbles will be mixed

in the ink when adding additives and stirring solvents. If these bubbles cannot burst by themselves,

more foam will appear. If the ink viscosity is low, the possibility of natural defoaming is relatively

large, while the ink with high viscosity cannot naturally defoaming.

Why are there bubbles when using uv ink?For some transparent uv inks that are easy to bubble,

such as common transparent red, blue, and green inks, the amount of organic pigment in

the particles is reduced, so the connecting materials of these inks are easy to bubble. Printing speed
