What should I do if there is ink on the surface of the nozzle of the UV inkjet printer?
When the nozzle of the uv inkjet printer is used for a long time, it is easy to
accumulate ink on the surface. If not dealt with, after a long time, it is easy to
cause clogging of the nozzle. There are generally five reasons for this phenomenon.
Depending on the design of uv printers from different manufacturers, different
situations may occur, but mastering these five can basically solve more than 90% of
ink accumulation problems.

1. Ink dripping caused by too low negative pressure. When the negative pressure of
the uv printer is too low, it will cause ink dripping from the nozzle. It is only necessary to
adjust the negative pressure back to the normal range, and the software can also be
used manually. It should be noted that the negative pressure value of different
manufacturers is different, just ask the original equipment manufacturer before adjusting.
2. The nozzle prints too high and floats the ink. Different types of nozzles have different
ejection forces. In the production mode, some nozzles have a higher printing height,
and some have a lower printing height. At this time, it is necessary to reduce
the average of the uv printer. print height.
3. There are foreign objects on the surface of the nozzle. Due to the dust and other problems
in the workshop, some foreign objects will fall on the surface of the nozzle of the uv printer.
If this happens, just wipe it clean.
4. It is a normal phenomenon caused by a large amount of ink output. When the uv printer
chooses to print a pattern with a large amount of ink output, a small amount of ink will
accumulate on the surface of the nozzle. After the printing is completed, it can be cleaned.
5. The control software file is damaged.
