How to deal with the problem of uv ink printing?
How to deal with the problem of uv ink printing?
1. The phenomenon of long-term delamination of uv ink. The varnish is more obvious,
which is a normal phenomenon. After turning on the ink, it must be fully stirred evenly
before it can be printed on the machine. It can avoid affecting the surface effect of
printed matter due to long-term delamination of ink, such as defoaming, flow, etc.
2. Paste phenomenon. Embossed varnish, refraction, foaming, frosting and other products
are prone to this phenomenon. The reason is that such products have high viscosity.
In printing, if the screen tension is insufficient, the screen distance is too low,
the scraper is soft, This phenomenon is prone to occur when there are factors such as
unevenness or too thick, insufficient pressure, etc. At this time, it is enough to properly
improve the printing process; in terms of ink, it can be adjusted by adding
diluent appropriately.
3. The printed pattern is not fine, and occasionally there is a phenomenon of incompleteness.
The main reason lies in printing and UV ink, printing: insufficient pressure, insufficient
scraper hardness, low screen mesh or insufficient tension. Ink: The variety is not suitable,
the wettability to the substrate is not enough, or the ink has been partially cured by light,
which affects the screen effect.
4. There are bubbles and pits on the surface of the printed pattern. The possible reasons
are as follows: 1. The ink is not fully stirred during use, and the additives on the edge of
the ink tank and the lid are not fully mixed with the ink, which affects the defoaming
and leveling functions.
5. The viscosity of the ink is too high, especially when the temperature is low, the viscosity of
the ink increases and the defoaming ability is obviously weakened. At this time,
diluents or additives can be added to solve this problem.
