   Ink is the main consumable of the photo machine. The color of the screen output

depends on the ink. The water-soluble ink of the photo machine is divided into two types,

dye ink and pigment ink. Dye ink: This is a molecular-level fully soluble ink, a complete

compound solution, the chance of clogging the nozzle is very small, the ink itself is easily

absorbed by the material, the color is bright, and the cost is low. However, this type of

ink is not waterproof and will quickly decompose under ultraviolet light, so this type of ink

will be more profitable for indoor advertising. Pigment ink: This is a suspension solution,

contrary to the principle of dye ink penetrating the material, it is mainly attached to

the surface of the material, can be waterproof, will not be decomposed by ultraviolet

radiation, and can be stored outdoors for a long time, but the disadvantage is that

the color is not good Bright and bright, without luster, but the ink price is 2-4 times

that of dye ink, so this ink is better for outdoor advertising. 

   Inks in the photo printing industry can be divided into two types according to their uses:

one is water-based ink, which uses water and water-soluble solvents as the main

components of the dissolved color base. The other is oil-based ink, which uses a

water-insoluble solvent as the main component of dissolving the color base. According to

the solvent solubility, it can also be divided into three types: dye-based ink: it is an

ink based on dye, which is currently used in most indoor photo machines;

pigment-based ink: it is based on pigment ink for outdoor inkjet printers.

Eco-solvent ink: between the two, used on outdoor photo machines.
